Last Updated: October 30, 2026

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Aletheia (“Creator,” “we,” or “us”) and our website at https://merch.kaskal.ai (the “Site”). These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between Creator and each person who accesses or uses the Site (“End User,” “you,” or “your”) regarding general browsing and use of the Site. Any Products and Memberships made available on the Site are sold by Fourthwall, Inc. (“Fourthwall”) and are governed by Fourthwall’s Merchandise Terms of Service displayed at checkout or otherwise made available to you. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms apply only to your use of the Site and will not govern your purchase of any Products or Memberships.

IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE, OR DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO USE THE SITE. YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND CREATOR’S PROVISION OF THE SITE TO YOU, CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT BY CREATOR AND BY YOU TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. Creator Site Overview.

7. Modification of these Terms.

We reserve the right to change these Terms on a going-forward basis at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of updated Terms means you agree to the updated Terms. If you violate any provision of these Terms, your authorization to access the Site and these Terms automatically terminate. In addition, Creator may suspend or terminate your access to the Site as permitted by applicable law. You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by contacting customer service at contact@support.merch.kaskal.ai.

8. Effect of Termination.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (without limiting your indemnification obligations with respect to that matter), and in that case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of those claims.

11. Disclaimers; No Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. CREATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE SITE AND ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE, INCLUDING: (A) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT; AND (B) ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent. Throughout these Terms the use of the word “including” means “including but not limited to”.
